I also love exploring the house and all the things in it since it's pretty much all new to me, though I have been fooled by some Boston doorstops my foster mama has. I have a petite body but a big disposition and I'm ready to engage the world! I've been brave exploring the yard and all of the new wonderful smells. I get along with other dogs, and am playful and spunky. I would rather not spend a whole lot of time in the crate but I don't complain if it's needed for a few hours. All our dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption. MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing. MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.
