Meet Harper Harper is a 12 year old, 21-pound bundle of love whos ready to find her forever family! While we are not sure her breed we think she is a terrier with her wiry coat. This sweet girl has done wonderfully with every dog shes met and would thrive in a home with or without another pup. She recently spent time roaming a play yard with another small dog showing interest in play while also being perfectly happy exploring on her own and soaking up pets from her people. Harper is the best of both worlds: she absolutely loves to be held and cuddled, but shes also a little free spirit who enjoys stretching her legs and running around. Whether its snuggle time on the couch or zoomies in the yard, shes all in.
