#Sarge — true transparency, laughs included Look… we’re giving you full honesty here Sarge would want it that way. Sarge came to us as part of a very unfortunate humane case. He was left alone in his home, living in horrible conditions with no one caring for him. His past wasn’t kind — but we are determined to make sure his future is safe, loving, and full of good humans who won’t ever fail him again. Sarge is about 5 years old and roughly 65 pounds of big, goofy energy. Walk into the play yard and you’ll quickly meet his signature move — Sarge is what we lovingly call a happy humper Not aggressive. Not mean. Just very excited to be alive, to see you, and to say hi in the most over-the-top way possible. BUT — and this is important — he does listen. Look, he even sat for the picture, so yes… proof included When you tell him to get down, he does. He just needs consistency, structure, and someone willing to guide him. He does need to be neutered, which will be done before leaving , which will help a lot, and because of his enthusiasm we are asking for no small children at this time — we want everyone laughing with Sarge, not getting tackled by his joy. All jokes aside, Sarge is truly a nice boy. He walks well on a leash, enjoys human companionship, and has so much potential once he has routine in his life — something he’s never really had before.
