Lilly is an 8-month-old pup weighing about 40 pounds, with a playful spirit and a heart just as big. She was found roaming the streets as a stray, but those days are behind her! This sweet girl is more than ready to trade sidewalk adventures for a cozy couch and a forever family. Lilly is a friendly, happy pup who loves people and enjoys a good mix of playtime and cuddle time. She’s kid-friendly, dog-friendly, and has done well around chickens in her foster home (she thinks they’re pretty interesting neighbors!). She hasn’t been around cats yet, so her thoughts on feline roommates are still a mystery. She knows a few basic commands and is eager to keep learning, especially if a treat or two is involved! Lilly hasn’t had much experience walking on a leash yet, but with a little patience and practice, she’ll be strutting her stuff in no time. She’s a ready to leave her stray days behind and start the best chapter of her life- with you. OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR PENNSYLVANIA BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
