Ron is a handsome and joyful 5-month-old puppy with a playful spirit and a loving heart. He’s full of curiosity and enthusiasm for life. He enjoys exploring, playing with his siblings, and discovering the world around him. Ron has a sweet and friendly nature and loves being around people, always eager to see what’s going on and join in the fun. Ron and his siblings Rubi, Rudy, and Rufus did not have the easiest start in life. They were abandoned overnight in a box outside the shelter—wet, cold, and very hungry. Thankfully, our partner rescue, SOS el Arca Animal Rescue, found them and took them in. They received the care they needed, including veterinary attention, warm shelter, and lots of love. Since then, Ron has grown into a happy, healthy puppy who is ready to find a family of his own. He is playful, affectionate, and curious, with a bright personality that makes him a joy to be around. Like any young puppy, he will thrive in a home where he can continue learning, playing, and growing with patient and loving people. Ron is expected to grow into a medium-size dog, making him a great companion for many different types of homes and lifestyles. He is crate trained, which helps with potty training and makes the transition into a new home much easier. He is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, dewormed, and 4DX tested. Ron is also on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention (Simparica). Ron will soon be ready to travel to New York, and we are currently looking for a committed adopter or foster-to-adopt home so he can make that journey and start his new life.
