Meet Pam — a 9-month-old, 35lbs sweetheart who is looking for her forever family. Gentle, playful, and full of love, Pam is a bright and affectionate young pup who loves being part of everything. Whether she’s chasing toys in the yard, wagging her tail to greet new friends, or curling up after a fun day of adventures, her joy and kindness shine through in all she does. Pam and her siblings were born in a parking garage to a brave mama dog who did her best to protect them. Sadly, the landlord did not allow pets and wanted the dogs gone. Thankfully, our wonderful partner, SOS el Arca Animal Rescue, stepped in and saved the entire family. Pam has grown into a beautiful young girl and is now ready for the loving home she deserves. She dreams of a family where she can run, play, and feel safe and cherished every day. Pam is currently being fostered in Queens, New York, in a home with one cat. She is gentle with kids, loves playing with other dogs, and is respectful of feline friends. She can be a little shy at first, but with treats, patience, and cuddles, she slowly opens up and shows her sweet, affectionate personality. She bonds deeply and loves wholeheartedly. Pam walks well on a leash and is still learning her basic cues, but she is smart and eager to please. She is both house trained and crate trained. With positive reinforcement and consistency, she will continue to blossom. We recommend enrolling her in a puppy training class to help her build confidence and strengthen her skills. Pam is spayed, microchipped, up to date on all vaccines, heartworm tested negative, on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and dewormed.
