Meet Rosy — a 6-month-old sweetheart with mesmerizing eyes, a gentle heart, and a playful spirit Rosy is a loving and curious young pup who is discovering the world one happy moment at a time. She has a warm, affectionate personality and a soft, sweet nature. Once she feels comfortable, Rosy’s playful side begins to shine, and she quickly forms strong bonds with the people around her. She enjoys being close to her caregivers at the shelter and happily soaks up love and attention. Rescued at a young age, Rosy has been growing up in a safe and caring environment thanks to our partner, SOS el Arca Animal Rescue. This nurturing start has helped her develop into a well-mannered, gentle puppy who is ready to continue blossoming with her forever family. Rosy does wonderfully with other dogs and would likely thrive in a home with a friendly canine companion. Having another dog can help her continue building confidence while enjoying playtime and companionship. She’s gentle with children and curious—but respectful—around cats. She could also do well as the only dog in a home with an adopter who is committed to helping her gain confidence through socialization and puppy classes. She is crate trained and currently working on potty training. With consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement, Rosy is expected to keep making great progress as she grows. We highly recommend puppy classes or confidence-building training for Rosy—not only to support her learning, but also to help strengthen the bond with her new family and guide her into becoming a well-rounded companion. Rosy is fully vetted: -spayed -microchipped -fully vaccinated -dewormed -4DX tested -on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention (Simparica) Rosy has the opportunity to travel to New York on April 10th, but she can only make the trip with a committed adopter or foster-to-adopt home in place.
