Meet Melody! This sweet little girl was bred for profit and then her "breeders" were trying to sell her and her brother on the street. We were able to take them into our rescue to ensure that they'd end up in loving hands. Melody is likely a Jug (Jack Russel/Pug mix). She is very small. At six weeks she weighed in a 2.5 Lbs. Now at 8 weeks she is a little bigger but still a small little dainty girl! Melody would do fine with other dogs and kids. She would probably be good with cats too! She is trained to potty on weewee pads. Melody is still in Texas where she was being sold but as soon as we have an adopter, we can transport her out of state.
