Meet Dennis! This little low-rider came in with 2 of his littermates (DeeDee, who has been adopted, and Lester - available for adoption). These poor pups were found abandoned in a field and were so scared they hid under their beds for several days before they realized we meant no harm. Dennis is about 10 months old and weighs about 32 lbs. While he is still a bit shy with new people, he has come out of his shell and showing his puppy personality. Dennis is not a fan of a crate… He will definitely be your best bed buddy & not be a bed hog about it. He is frequently in a foster home with several other little dogs and one dog slightly bigger than him and does well. We feel as though he needs to go to a quiet home with middle school aged children or older. Dennis can coexist with a cat and definitely needs a dog buddy or two.
