About Olive

Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Meet Olive! This sweet girl was rescued after being found as a stray in Imperial County. At around 15 pounds and approximately a year and a half old, Olive has shown wonderful progress in foster care. She may be shy and nervous with new people initially, but once she feels safe, Olive is deeply loving and adores cuddling. As a Gemini, Olive brings curiosity and affection, always seeking connection once she’s comfortable. Olive walks nicely on leash, although she can sometimes get startled and want to retreat indoors. She is crate trained and does well with a good routine for potty training. Olive currently lives peacefully with both large and small dogs and is also excellent with cats. She gets along with children, especially when given space and time to adjust. Olive does best in a home that can offer patience and gentle encouragement as she builds confidence. She enjoys car rides, sunbathing on the patio, and burrowing under blankets when it’s time to relax. Think you are the one? Submit an application!
