About Billykullen
Start your journey together! Apply now. Looking for a companion who's always ready for adventure? Meet Billykullen, also known as Billy or Kullen—a fun-loving, 4-year-old, 47-pound Terrier/Border Collie mix with a tricolor (brown, black, and white) coat. After spending his life with one family since he was just 12 weeks old, he's ready for a fresh start and searching for his forever home. Billykullen is a sweet boy who thrives with patient introductions to new environments and people. He treasures playtime with familiar dog friends, relishes affection, and enjoys being included in all your outings—from beach trips to hikes or even quick errands. What matters most to him is being by your side. He’s fully house trained and has completed leash training, although he’ll need ongoing guidance to improve his leash manners and curb his reactivity to people, dogs, and cars. Billykullen benefits from a handler committed to clear communication and continued positive reinforcement. He's dog selective, so careful, gradual introductions are best, and while he loves children once acclimated, he should not live with cats due to his strong prey drive. Billykullen would thrive in an active home, either with a couple or a family with older kids (6 and up), who will take him on adventures and continue investing in his growth. He’s neutered, healthy, and up to date on vaccinations. With a birthday in January, he’s a Capricorn—meaning he’s loyal, determined, and always up for a challenge! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
