Sandy Liang is a 3-year-old chihuahua mix weighing around 12 lbs with a truly loving and affectionate personality. One of the best things about Sandy is how cuddly she is. She adores being close to people and is happiest when she's hanging out, soaking up attention, and giving plenty of kisses. She's also very good with other dogs and generally very comfortable around humans once she trusts them. Sandy may be a little shy when meeting strangers at first, but she warms up quickly once she feels safe.
