About Samy
Meet Samy! Samy’s journey has been anything but easy, but his spirit remains full of hope. He was rescued by The Sato Project from a horrific hoarding case in Manatí, Puerto Rico, where he lived inside a crowded home with over 30 other dogs. Despite his difficult past, Samy has shown remarkable resilience and a gentle, sensitive heart. Now healthy and safe, Samy is ready for a fresh start. He is 3–4 years old and weighs 12 lbs. We plant o fly Samy to the NY/NJ area sometime this spring. Samy will thrive in a patient, understanding home where he can learn to trust and feel secure. Because of his history, he needs to be the only male dog in the home, and he should go to a cat-free household. With the right family, Samy will blossom into a devoted companion who just wants to feel safe and loved. If you’re hoping to make a life-changing difference for a small, brave dog with a big heart, Samy is ready to begin his new chapter.
