Meet Stuart — a 2½-year-old bundle of sweetness with a Chi-weenie dad and a Pom-Shih Tzu mom. That means he’s 100% adorable and perfectly pocket-sized! Stuart came into rescue with his brother, Freddy, who is also available for adoption. While they would both love wonderful homes, they can be adopted separately or together. Stuart is incredibly loving and devoted to his person. Once he trusts you, he absolutely blossoms into the sweetest little companion who just wants attention, cuddles, and to be near you. He can be a bit shy when meeting new people or pets at first, but with patience and a gentle introduction, his true personality shines. Stuart is currently working on potty training and doing well with consistency. He will need an adopter who’s committed to continuing his potty training and helping him build confidence with leash training. With routine and positive reinforcement, he’s sure to keep making great progress! He is up-to-date on vaccines and neutered, so he’s ready to find his forever home. Because of his timid nature, we do require a meet-and-greet with any current pets to ensure the perfect fit.
