Meet Nadia, a stunning 5-year-old blue Dobergirl who came to us from an Ohio shelter. She is the ultimate "Velcro dog." This sweet girl lives for her humans and will happily claim a spot right next to you on the couch—or, more likely, right on top of you. While she is still finding her confidence around new people, her loyalty to her inner circle is unmatched. When she isn't busy being your shadow, you can often find her retreating to her crate for some peaceful, independent downtime. Nadia’s personality is as vibrant as her high-speed nub wags. She is incredibly food-motivated, which has made training a breeze; she’s already mastering "sit" during mealtimes and is becoming much more cooperative about having her paws wiped after outdoor adventures. Because she enjoys her food a bit too much, she does require a slow feeder bowl to keep her pace in check. While she isn't much for toys or bones, she finds her joy in human interaction and the occasional post-walk "zoomies" around the house. Nadia has a high prey drive and will definitely alert you to any rabbits in the neighborhood. She’s a sophisticated lady who prefers to stay dry, so a stylish coat is a must for walks in the rain or snow. Although she endured her first bath like a champ, she’d prefer to skip the spa days if given the choice. Nadia is happy to share her space with a canine sibling, but she’s a soul-connector at heart who would thrive most as your one-and-only companion.
