needs a quite home without children. Elsa is 10 years and 6 months old. Elsa came into the shelter from Campbell Street in The Plains. She was brought to the shelter after the death of her owner. She has been spayed and knows basic commands such as sit and lie down. We believe that Elsa would do best in a home with no small children. Elsa currently weighs 70 pounds. Elsa is also up to date on her shots. Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption. Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter (ARRIVED 7/28/25).
