Sweet little Tommy can from a young owner who had a group of chihuahuas in her home as well as a lot of cats. They moved to a different location and surrendered all of their animals. Tommy came to us shut down and very unsocial. Thankfully after a month in a foster home he's starting to come out of his shell. He's good with dogs and cats and would love to find a patient owner who's willing to go slow with him and show him more of the world as he didn't get out much when he was younger. He's a sweet little guy currently in foster near Pasadena. Tommy is also a tiny little guy weighing in at 8 lbs.
