My name is Charlie and I am such a sweet boy! My favorite activity is curling up next to someone I trust or warming my tushy next to a fireplace! Nobody really knows my age, but the vet says I'm healthy and look to be about 4 years-old. I was surrendered from an elderly person and a bit shy around kids, but I have friends who are cats. I'm tiny at only 8 lbs. but mighty on protection, it's the only time I alert the humans around here. I don't chew up anything and my foster parents have helped me master potty training with positive reinforcement, love, treats, and a clicker. I am such a good boy and I like to keep on a schedule. I like my crate but Mom never has to close the door anymore. I LOVE to sleep in bed with my people and I don't even mind my cat friends joining us. I haven't had much time around other dogs yet, but my foster mom says I am starting to accept other dogs around my size. My favorite hobby is chasing my humans outside and sniffing the yard for little critters. I also love strolling the neighborhood on a leash and getting compliments from friendly neighbors.
