FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Meet Tango! He is a gentle, sensitive, 8-year-old, 15 lb Terrier/Chihuahua mix who has had a rough life and just needs a bit of time to feel safe. He can be shy when meeting new people, but once he warms up, he reveals his sweet and loving personality. Quiet and well-mannered, Tango is happiest in a calm, predictable environment. He enjoys peaceful walks and strolls beautifully on a leash. He’s friendly with other dogs and would do well with a respectful canine companion or as your one-and-only soaking up all of the love in a relaxed home. Tango would thrive in a patient, adult-only household where he can settle in at his own pace. A quieter home without children will help him feel secure and allow his affectionate side to shine. There’s something incredibly rewarding about earning the trust of a shy dog. Once you’re in Tango’s circle, you’ll have a loyal, gentle companion who will happily stay by your side.
