FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Possum! Possum is a 2-year-old, 16 lb terrier mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. With his adorable little scruff and bright, happy personality, he’s as charming as they come! This super sweet boy has that classic spunky terrier energy ~ playful, goofy, and full of life. He’s great with other dogs, friendly with people, and absolutely loves being held and close to his humans. Possum is affectionate, cuddly, and eager to please. He is still building confidence with the world around him. Things like leash walking, loud noises, and busy city sounds can be a little scary right now, but he’s learning and making progress every day. Because of this, he would do best in a home with another confident dog who can help show him the ropes, be a steady presence, and burn off some playful energy with him. We are looking for a stand-alone home with securely fenced yard for him outside of the city (no apartments/condos) Possum hasn’t been tested with cats or children. He will need a patient home committed to continuing his confidence-building and socialization. His adoption fee is $500.
