Meet Montana This little adventure girl is ready to find her forever trail buddy! Montana is a 3-month-old shepherd mix who was found on the side of a road in Lee County - and despite her rough start, she is nothing but sunshine and wiggles. At 15 pounds, she's the perfect mix of cuddly and spunky, and she's growing into one smart, confident pup. Montana is: Playful and toy-obsessed Curious about everything Always on the go Extremely smart She's mostly potty trained and already goes to the door and barks to let you know she needs to go out - how impressive is that?! She's picking things up so quickly and loves learning. She's working on leash training and does great with a harness. Crate training is also in progress, and she's doing well! She enjoys other dogs, though big dogs can make her a little shy at first - but give her a minute and she warms up beautifully. We haven't tested her with cats yet. And let's talk about mealtime... it is her absolute favorite event of the day. She is very enthusiastic about her food (and it's honestly adorable ). Montana would thrive in an active home that's ready for puppy energy, outdoor adventures, and lots of playtime. She's going to make an amazing companion for a family ready to grow with her.
