About Zeus
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Meet Zeus, a warm-hearted four-year-old weighing about 58 pounds and brimming with affection. As a German Shepherd/Boxer mix, you can count on him to be intelligent, loyal, and always up for a snuggle. His absolute favorite spot is curled up right next to his people, so a soft dog bed and a squeaky plushy toy are key to his happiness. Zeus can’t resist the urge to chase after cats, though he’s working on his self-control. He prefers slow introductions to new dog friends and gets along well with his foster pals, Lucky Lady and the duo Donald and Daisy. A bit energetic, he delights in yard zoomies, is obsessed with toys, and is showing steady improvement on a leash—especially with the promise of treats and some reassuring back scratches. He comes fully vetted, being housebroken, vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, making him ready to settle smoothly into his forever home. If plush toys, fun, and endless cuddles sound perfect, Zeus could be the companion you’ve been searching for. Bonus fun fact: born on March 21, Zeus is an Aries, known for their adventurous and loving nature! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
