Sandy is about 7 and a half and has spent three years waiting for a home. She thrives on cuddles and makes an excellent lap dog, always happiest pressed close to her person whether on the couch or sharing a bed. Sandy is cheerful and loves hanging out, relaxing while watching TV, and heading out for walks, hikes, and little adventures. She gets along with some dogs—she has previously lived with a female dog—but truly prefers people and wants all the affection for herself. She is not suited to homes with cats. Sandy is house trained, spayed, and up to date on her vaccines. She weighs about 56 lbs and has a short coat in white, cream, and red shades.
