She prefers the company of dogs over people and would thrive in a home with confident, friendly canine companions who can help her feel safe and secure. Sweet Pea is very shy and finds comfort in her crate—it’s her happy place and safe haven. While she may take time to warm up to humans, she does best when she’s allowed to move at her own pace and simply be part of the pack. Once settled, she’s content just being nearby and soaking in the calm energy of her dog friends. She is dog-friendly, cat-friendly, and does well in a quiet, patient home that understands shy dogs. Sweet Pea is currently on Prozac for anxiety, which helps her navigate the world more comfortably alongside structure, routine, and canine companionship. Sweet Pea isn’t looking to be the center of attention—she just wants a place where she belongs, surrounded by animals who make her feel safe. With the right pack and a little patience, she’ll blossom in her own sweet way 💛 Please keep in mind that a family pet takes work and dedication, as well as many years of commitment. If this animal sounds like the perfect fit for you, the first step would be to please fill out an application at https://linktr.ee/Wildandfreerescue
