Roman is a one-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a big personality and even bigger heart. He’s got expressive, soulful eyes and a muscular build, weighing just under 50 pounds, but all muscle and enthusiasm. Roman loves to go on adventures—long walks, car rides, pool time, and even the occasional attempt to greet the neighbors with his curiosity. Food isn’t a fuss for him; he’s happy with whatever you offer. Routine works well for Roman—he’s house trained on a schedule and knows how to sit. Crate training is no problem for him when no adults are home. He gets along with other dogs, though his high energy can lead to rough play, so having a playmate—or plenty of exercise—is a must if you can’t match his pep. Roman can be a bit vocal when meeting new dogs, more out of excitement than anything else, and has experience living with multiple fosters, both male and female, young and old.
