About Charles
Charles is a brown and white pitbull mix puppy who arrived at the rescue with his siblings after being pulled from a local animal shelter. At just five months old, he's already showing a love for adventure, and plenty of sweetness—much like his namesake, but with his own soft twist. Charles is settling into foster care, where he’s getting exposure to potty, crate, leash, and basic puppy manners training, and his foster family reports that he’s playful, affectionate, and thriving on their attention. He enjoys romping around with his siblings, cuddling up, and taking on each new day with enthusiasm. You can expect Charles to grow into a large adult with an affectionate nature and lively personality. He gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children. Charles is house trained and vaccinated, and will be able to join his adopter once his neuter surgery is complete. Given his age, he needs an adopter who can provide plenty of supervision and attention, as he’s too young to be left alone for more than a few hours at a time.
