About Roscoe
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Meet Roscoe! Roscoe is a lovable Redbone coonhound and Black Labrador Retriever mix who found himself at the shelter through no fault of his own when his previous owner's living situation changed. He was surrendered alongside his dad and, though not required, it would be wonderful if they could be adopted together. Roscoe is a bit timid at first but truly comes out of his shell when another dog is around, making him a great candidate for a home with canine companions—even if it's not with his dad. This gentle boy enjoys walks and especially loves playing in the water. Roscoe has experience living with cats and kids, and did well with both, though he would be happiest in a home with older children since he can be nervous around younger kids. Generous supporters have helped cover Roscoe’s veterinary care, including neutering and vaccinations, so he's all set for his new adventure. Staff members who have met Roscoe always remark on his sweet nature and good behavior. He’s a beautiful, soulful dog who would thrive in a loving home ready to welcome him with patience and maybe another furry friend. If you’re looking for a loyal companion, Roscoe is truly a must-see in person. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
