Carter found himself at a rural, overcrowded animal control in SW Virginia all alone. One look at him and we said YES we will help him!! We took him into rescue and are now on the hunt for a forever family for him. From the second he got to his fosters house he has been the happiest boy ever!! It is as if he knew he was safe & loved. He is sleeping throughout the night and working hard on house training. He loves the kids in the home and is great with them. He also loves playing with the other dogs. He is good with dogs, cats and kids. His adoption fee is $375 and includes age appropriate vaccines, deworming, microchip and neuter.
