SANDY Female, approximately 8 weeks old Sandy is a tiny, delicate puppy with a beautiful honey-colored coat and a sweet, soulful expression. She came to us from a difficult situation in the Central Valley, but she is now safe and beginning her fresh start. Sandy may be small, but she is already showing quiet strength and resilience. Sandy currently weighs about 3 pounds and, like all puppies her age, has no formal training. She is not house trained and not crate trained and will need a home committed to patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. We believe Sandy is a Chihuahua-terrier mix and expect her to be approximately 8-12 pounds full grown. Due to her age, Sandy will need to complete her puppy vaccination series and cannot go into public spaces for at least the next six weeks. Her adopter must be prepared to provide a safe, controlled environment while continuing her training, socialization, and veterinary care. Sandy is looking for a home that understands puppies are a full-time commitment and is ready to support her growth into a confident, well-adjusted adult dog.
