About Leche
Leche is a blonde, short-coated puppy with a gentle but adventurous spirit. She showed up with her siblings after a rough start in the Central Valley, but she’s already proven to be resilient and eager for a new beginning. Unlike her brother Potato, Leche is a touch more outgoing—curious about the world and quick to warm up to new faces. She’s friendly, loves to cuddle, and brightens up with every new experience, whether that’s playtime in the yard or relaxing snuggles. Leche is about 10 weeks old and likely a mix of Labrador Retriever, Shepherd, and Chihuahua. She’s still a young pup, so her adopter will need to help her learn the ropes: house training, crate training, and social skills are all on her to-do list. She does best in homes with flexible schedules since she isn’t ready to be left alone for a long stretch. If there’s another friendly dog in the house, even better—she enjoys canine company and learns quickly from others. Leche is food motivated, playful, and will thrive with patient, consistent guidance. Now safe in Lafayette, CA, Leche is ready for a family to give her the stability and love she deserves. Your new best friend is just one click away.
