Meet Willie! Willie is a beautiful 1-year-old Maltese-Shih Tzu mix weighing 12.4 lbs. This handsome little guy is lively yet gentle, with a heart full of sweetness. He loves spending time with his furry friends, playing with toys, and going for walks to explore the yard. He REALLY loves to play with other dogs. If he had it his way, he would have a house with 15 dogs. Willie is still building trust with people and will not come to you at first, so he'll thrive in a home with another confident dog to show him the ropes. He also will do best in a calm home with no men. A securely fenced yard is a must-both for his safety and to give him space to play and continue his potty training. He's doing wonderfully using the fenced yard for bathroom breaks, though like any young pup, he may have an occasional accident as he transitions to a new routine. Willie would do best with a patient and compassionate person, couple, or family with no kids who can offer him the time and reassurance he needs to blossom. He will get defensive if cornered.
