About Coco Gutierez
Coco Gutierez is a 5-year-old Poodle/Terrier mix, around 12 lbs, and part of a bonded pair with Mia Gutierez. He came to the rescue after being surrendered with Mia and relies on her company to feel secure. Coco is slower to warm up in new environments but his confident side emerges, especially when treats are involved. He takes the lead when exploring, and food is the fastest way to win him over. Coco still needs patience and structure as he learns house manners, especially with potty training. He's more playful and curious once he's comfortable, and that playful spark really shows when he's with Mia nearby. He needs a calm, patient home willing to give plenty of positive reinforcement, and his future depends on staying together with Mia. Keep in mind: the rescue will not place Coco in homes with large breed dogs due to safety concerns. Give Coco time, consistency, and the right environment, and he's ready to become a devoted companion. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
