About Lizzy
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Lizzy was welcomed into her previous owner's life as a puppy and is now a cheerful 3-year-old looking for her forever family. Due to her owner's dementia, Lizzy is seeking a new home and brings with her a loving, playful spirit—she adores the company of other dogs and has never been one to chew your belongings! If your current pup needs a fun companion, Lizzy is ready to fit right in, as she gets along wonderfully with all the dogs she's met in foster care. One of her sweet quirks is her fear of thunderstorms, but she finds comfort and security in a crate when the weather turns. Please note, Lizzy isn't suitable for small kids because she tends to gently nibble feet and hands when she's extra happy. If you're searching for a devoted, playful friend for your dog and have a thunderstorm plan in place, Lizzy could be the perfect fit. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.

This mix is small and adaptable, so a secure yard or regular walks are sufficient. They do not require a large outdoor space but benefit from playtime and some room to explore safely.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
