About Amor

If there really were such a thing as the perfect family dog, Amor would be it. This sweet 3½-year-old Boxer mix (his friends also call him Dobby) pulls off both silly energy and affection without trying too hard. Weighing around 45 lbs, Amor is up for fetch, yard games, or trailing along on any new adventure. He’s already fully house and crate trained, rides well in the car, and doesn’t turn down a good cuddle at the end of the day. You’ll find Amor gets along with other dogs, does fine with cats, and has been easy around kids—giving you the best of all worlds. In daylight, he plays hard and wears out with toys and canine pals. After dark, he calms right down to relax with his people. Amor needs a home with a fenced yard and would thrive with an active family that wants a loyal and playful sidekick at their side. He’s been fostered in Atlanta since October and is ready for his own family, finally. Your new best friend is just one click away.
