Meet Hazel! Hazel is a 2 year old pittie mix. She was found as a stray and was very ill. After about 2 months of recovery, she was finally ready to search for a forever home. Hazel does need to be an only pet. She is a goofball that loves water, pools, sprinklers, you name it! She also loves bones and toys. If she has a good chew bone in her crate she is entertained for a while. We are not sure if she is cat safe since we are unable to test. Hazel is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, but unfortunately is heartworm positive. Heartworms are not contagious as they are contracted from infected mosquitoes while not being provided a monthly heartworm preventative.
