Chico
AvailableChico is a large, short-coated, adult male Dogo Argentino in Sewaren, NJ. He is neutered, vaccinated, and house trained, with a personality that shines when he's with other dogs. Chico is currently looking for an experienced, adult-only household that can help nurture his intelligent, resilient spirit.
About Chico
Chico needs a quiet, adult-only home willing to help him recover from the stress of shelter life. He's a smart, large Dogo Argentino who has lost some of his spark at the shelter, so patience and commitment are key. Chico’s picky about his people, but deeply loyal once he trusts you. He is very dog friendly and would do best living with a calm, stable dog. A home experienced with extra-large breeds will be able to bring out the happy, energetic side Chico used to show. Shelter life has left him thin, but he’s getting healthier each day. Chico loves playtime—he romps around flinging toys and playing catch, and he shares both toys and food politely. He must be placed with adults only, and he’s not suitable for homes with children. His interactions with cats are unknown. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
