About Bea
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Bea is a sweet, loving, and gently headstrong 7-year-old Chihuahua mix whose cautious nature comes through when meeting new people. Surrendered by her previous owner, Bea needs a little time to warm up, but once she feels secure, she is incredibly affectionate and devoted, giving her whole heart to her chosen person. You will soon find her seeking your affection and eager to become your best friend. She tends to bark when people enter her space, reflecting her timidity and desire to protect her boundaries. However, after deciding you are family, Bea blossoms into a happy, loving companion. She is potty trained, but if she isn’t ready to go out, she might choose to ignore your cues. Bea does well with dogs and patient, dog-savvy cats, although she can get a little jealous and vocal if other animals try to steal attention. She will thrive in a quieter home with no children or older, patient children, where she is promised cozy beds and plenty of lap time. If you’re ready to be the love of Bea’s life, don’t hesitate to give her a chance—she’s looking for that special home where she can truly shine. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!

Questions about Bea
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Chihuahua mixes are typically best suited for indoor living, in both apartments and houses, as they thrive on companionship and comfort. They benefit from a calm and loving environment, often enjoying places where they can be close to their people.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Chihuahuas and their mixes require only modest outdoor space for supervised potty breaks and short walks. They do not have high exercise demands, so a small yard or access to nearby green spaces is usually sufficient.
