She prefers to observe quietly from a safe space and will do best in a calm, low-traffic home with no young children. An experienced, gentle adopter who understands fearful dogs is strongly recommended. Someone who will let Roxy move at her pace and celebrate small victories. Once she feels secure, Roxy shows glimpses of her sweet nature and desire to trust. She is quiet, gentle, and incredibly delicate, both physically and emotionally. A confident, friendly dog may help her feel more comfortable, but it is not required.
