About Peanut
If you own a stack of fleece blankets or catch yourself tucking one on every soft surface, you’ll understand Peanut right away. Peanut is a 10- to 12-year-old chiweenie with a singular mission: get under the nearest blanket and snuggle up beside his favorite human. He’s got the cuddling game nailed, prefers short strolls, and takes dinner very seriously—a late meal earns you a stern side-eye and some impressive mini-parkour until you get the message. This senior guy has passed his health checks and handles his little heart murmur like a pro, flashing a toothy grin with the teeth he’s still got left. Peanut is friendly out and about, and mostly easy with other dogs, though he likes his food to himself and should dine separately from pet roommates. He’s had a few grumpy moments with another resident dog but does fine with routines and awareness. Peanut’s met cats outdoors; he’s more curious than anything, so a calm cat with slow introductions would probably suit him. You get an entertainer, a master snuggler, and a guy who believes every blanket exists just for him. Bring him home and watch what life is like with a tiny comedian wrapped in fleece.
