I have come to this rescue after being found as a very scared stray in a neighboring county. I spent a few weeks there, scared to death, shaking, and unsure of what life held for me! They all were so nice to me there, but they knew I needed rescued, so they put out a rescue plea for me, and my Foster Mom wasted no time in getting me. Mom thinks I may be a Jack Russell mix, and I am about 1.5 years old(just a baby!) 22 pounds, had my vaccines, but sadly, due to neglect from my previous owner, I am heart worm positive. No worries though, as Mom took me to a great Vet and I got my treatment started. I do need to be chipped and neutered, and that is in the process of being scheduled at the local low cost clinic. I can not leave till that is done, BUT I can be PRE ADOPTED! I do have great manners, in my crate and in the home, and my leash manners are perfect as well! My favorite place is on the couch, next to you of course! If you have a nice comfy dog bed, well, that will be heaven for me too!! I would prefer a home with out small children, as loud noises and sudden movements scare me.
