About Cosmo
Cosmo is a 4–5 year old German Shorthaired Pointer who fits his breed to a T: energetic, good-natured, and always down for a new adventure. He thrives on activity and seeks a home prepared for his physical and mental needs. Cosmo is bright and affectionate—he bonds strongly with people and gets along well with kids and other dogs, but isn’t suited for life with cats. He’s house and crate trained, and even though he’s missed out on formal training in the past, his love of learning stands out in foster care. If you recognize the needs of the German Shorthaired Pointer and want a companion who will challenge and reward you, Cosmo is happiest when busy and outdoors, whether hiking, running, or working on training drills. Apartment living isn’t for him; he needs space to burn off energy and be his best. Neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative, Cosmo is healthy, ready, and waiting for his perfect match.
