Meet Cosmo! Cosmo is a 4–5 year old German Shorthaired Pointer who is truly the definition of his breed—high-energy, super sweet, and always ready for his next adventure! He’s incredibly friendly and affectionate, loving his humans, kids, and other dogs. (Cat test is pending and will be updated once completed.) While we don’t know much about his past, one thing is clear: Cosmo hasn’t had a ton of formal training yet. That said, he is very smart and eager to learn, and he’s already catching on quickly while in foster care! Cosmo will thrive in a home with: - Breed experience or an understanding of GSP energy levels - Plenty of daily exercise and mental stimulation - Someone excited to continue working on leash manners and basic obedience He is high-energy and vocal, so an apartment setting is not the right fit for him. Cosmo is the kind of dog who needs a job to do, whether that’s running, training, hiking, or structured play, he’s happiest when both his body and brain are busy!
