About Valentine
Meet your forever Valentine. This sweet girl has a heart-shaped mark on her nose, a sign of what she's all about. At just over a year old and about 50 pounds, Valentine is a hound mix who survived being left roadside on a brutally hot day. Some quick-thinking kids rescued her just in time. She later fought parvo, but even while sick, she wagged her tail and greeted everyone with kindness. Now she's healthy, spayed, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. Valentine thrives on attention and has a talent for giving hugs and rolling over for belly rubs. Her nature is as gentle as they come. She loves children and gets along well with most dogs and cats; however, she's not a good match for any home with chickens. After all the hard knocks she's faced, Valentine remains cheerful and trusting—always ready for a new friend to pet her. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
