About Puff
Puff is a two-year-old pit bull and bulldog mix who barely escaped death row at Animal Care & Control. He landed in rescue just in time, and since then, he’s been all heart—resilient, loving, and always ready to please. Puff is sharp and takes quickly to training in his foster home. He’s picking up house manners, crate time, and leash basics faster than most. Though there’s a bit of leash reactivity, his foster sees daily progress through consistent, gentle guidance. When he’s not curling up for a cuddle, Puff is chasing after toys or shadowing his people. He loves being around others and fits in easily with other dogs. He’s the sort who would thrive in an active, affectionate household that appreciates his energy but also his softer side. The rescue hasn’t had him long, so there’s still more to learn, but his kind temperament, playfulness, and perseverance stand out immediately. Puff’s vaccines are current, he’s heartworm negative, and his neuter is scheduled through the rescue. He’s in the Charlotte area, eager to meet whoever will call him family. Ready to fall in love?
