Puff is a ~2-year-old pittie mix with a heart of gold who was saved from Animal Care & Control just in time, with his euthanasia deadline quickly approaching. Since coming into rescue, he’s shown nothing but love, resilience, and a sweet, eager-to-please personality. Puff is incredibly smart and learning quickly in his foster home. He’s already making great progress with his manners, house training, crate training, and leash training. His foster has been working closely with him on leash walking, as he’s shown some mild reactivity, but he’s improving every day and responds well to guidance and consistency. This sweet boy loves to play just as much as he loves to cuddle. He enjoys being around people and does well with other dogs, making him a wonderful companion for an active and loving home. We haven’t had Puff in the rescue too long yet, so we’re still getting to know all the little things that make him special, but one thing is certain: he is truly the sweetest boy and so deserving of a forever home. Puff is up to date on all vaccines, heartworm negative, and will be neutered through the rescue (3/31). He is currently located in the Charlotte area and ready to meet his forever family.
