About Echo
Your new best friend is just one click away. Meet Echo—a quiet soul with a resilient heart. Echo’s journey started on the streets of Philadelphia, where she wandered alone until she was brought to a city shelter. Though no one claimed her, a rescue stepped in. Echo arrived bearing the scars and bite wounds that tell of a traumatic past, likely from another dog. Despite all she has endured, Echo is gentle, affectionate, and deeply trusting of those who show her genuine love. Echo is deaf, or very close to it, but she experiences the world with deep sensitivity. She observes everything, seeks out comfort, and forms strong bonds with the humans who make her feel secure. Because of her gentle nature and unique needs, she’s searching for a calm, predictable home with children over 10, where patient, consistent communication will help her thrive. Echo is fully potty trained and crate trained. She has completed professional training and made remarkable progress; once timid, she now walks confidently in public as long as she is by the side of someone she trusts. Free follow-up training sessions with her dedicated trainers, Cultured Canine, are included to support her transition and continued growth. Echo is spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, dewormed, fecal tested, up to date on all core vaccines, and on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. If you’re ready to open your heart to a dog who has overcome adversity and is learning to love with courage, Echo is ready and waiting. Start your journey together! Apply now.
