About Moana

Moana has spent much of her life being uprooted and passed between homes and animal control, through no fault of her own. After nearly running out of time at the shelter, she was taken in by a caring foster and has finally found some stability. At 9 years old, Moana is a female pit bull who still carries a spark—her playful side shines and her energy is impressive for her age. She is happiest with people and is friendly with all ages, but needs to be the only pet in the home. Moana is both house and crate trained, so she’s ready to settle in. Her foster is also helping her work on obedience with private lessons included in her adoption, making the transition smoother for her new family. Moana is looking for a stable, loving home where she can be the solo star and share her love with everyone around her. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
