Buddy came to us as a stray but he does appear to have been previously owned. He is potty trained, very treat motivated and loves any kind of attention he can get and when he can't get your attention he becomes very vocal. Male dogs he is not fond of but the females that we've walked him with he doesn't seem to mind. He is very excitable when meeting new dogs so an understanding of his breed and response to another dog is a must. He is well behaved on a leash, pays more attention when on a harness but does get distracted easily. Distractions with treats and a quick reminder about his manners while walking or engaging in play is needed at times but he does learn quickly.
