About Dana
Your new best friend is just one click away. Meet Dana, a sweet and lovable three-year-old shepherd mix ready to bring warmth and happiness into your home. Weighing about 53 pounds, Dana is healthy and just waiting on her spay procedure—but she’s all set to fill your life with affection. She’s a gentle girl with a big heart who loves being part of a family, especially if there are children for her to play and snuggle with. Sunshine is one of her favorite things, so she’ll happily spend time relaxing in the backyard throughout the day. Dana is also quite the entertainer, chatting with her toys (her squeaky piggie is a favorite!) and enjoying a chew when she feels playful. Dana is fully potty-trained and crate-trained, and she knows her basic commands. While she may pull a little bit on the leash, she’s eager to learn and thrives with encouragement and a few belly rubs along the way. Her moderate energy level makes her adaptable—she’s always ready for play or cuddles but equally happy lounging around after exercise. Dana enjoys the company of other dogs with similar playful spirits and is comfortable living with cats, too. She doesn’t suffer from separation anxiety and is content being left alone when you’re out. Dana is looking for a forever home that will love her as much as she loves those around her—and she’s eager to share her affection every day. Make her dreams come true, and she just might be your perfect companion! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
