About Pinerolo
Click apply to start the adoption process. Bonjour! Meet Pinerolo, currently making his home in Seattle, WA, and ready to bring a whole lot of joy to his forever family. Pinerolo is one of the adorable Tour de France Litter—his French name is a sweet nod to famous cycling cities, but he’s pure Mexi-mutt at heart, loaded with charm and affection. Pinerolo was born in a small Guerrero, Mexico village where resources were scarce. Thanks to the dedication of his first family and the support of Surfers for Strays, he received food, vaccinations, and a loving start in life. After being cared for and socialized at the shelter, he journeyed to the U.S. and settled beautifully into a foster home with three other dogs. He’s blossomed among his canine housemates—respectful of everyone’s space (even the grumpy chihuahua!) and playful with his foster sister Zoey. Pinerolo even passed the ultimate test of meeting a cat, showing curiosity and gentle respect. He loves snuggles with his foster mom and outdoor adventures with his foster dad, especially hiking. He may be a little shy with strangers at first, but a calm introduction is all he needs to feel at home. Training and manners are coming along wonderfully—he sleeps in his crate, enjoys car rides, and walks nicely on leash. His ideal family will be dog-savvy, love to spend time outdoors, and cherish cuddle time on rainy days. Pinerolo is ready to start his next chapter and is hoping you’ll be the one he’s been waiting for! Fun fact: Pinerolo was born on April 6, which makes him an Aries—the sign known for being adventurous and lively! Ready to make memories together? Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
