About Lego
Lego is a resilient, black Cane Corso living in Norwood, GA, looking for a family who understands the needs of a giant dog with a unique history. Now 2.5 years old, Lego is medium-energy, affectionate, and really bonds once he feels safe around new faces and environments. He loves basking in the sun, receiving treats, and soaking up attention. Lego is fully housebroken, leash trained, knows his basic commands, and uses a dog door with ease. He gets along with female dogs (with slow introduction and close supervision) and can live with kids over 12, provided they have experience around large breeds. Lego is a tripod due to a backyard amputation performed by his prior owner, which has led to arthritis in his hips and spine. Despite this, he remains mobile and enthusiastic about life. He’ll need to stay on pain medication and joint supplements long-term and is best suited for a single-level home—he's already practiced with his custom wheelchair, which comes with him. Vaccinations and his neuter are current, and he's microchipped, too. Lego is a great fit for someone able to provide his medical support as he ages, and he deserves a home ready to meet his needs. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
