About Dusk
Dreamy Dusk is searching for a true forever family, and he’s ready to bring his trademark energy and charm with him. Dusk is a Cane Corso, roughly 3.5 years old, and unusually petite for his breed—he'll likely never top 80lbs. Before rescue, he lost his owner and was left to fend for himself, surviving on the kindness of a few neighbors, and enduring neglect until animal control intervened. Even after his rough start, Dusk is extremely social and eager to connect. He thrives around people and would do well in a home with children over 12 who are dog-savvy and respectful. Dusk is athletic, lively, and loves fetch, treat time, and romping outdoors. He's housebroken, crate-trained, and has mastered basic obedience and the dog door, with leash skills improving quickly. Dusk enjoys other big dogs, especially females with patience, but needs proper introductions; he can get overexcited and appear rude in play. He isn’t suited for homes with cats or smaller dogs, as his instincts lean in the wrong direction with smaller animals. Dusk is neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and microchipped. He’ll thrive with an active adopter willing to meet in person and provide structure, adventure, and all the attention he deserves. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
